How We Started

Dr. Melissa McMahan Ph.D, LDT, CALT-QI dedicated over 10 years of her life to helping students overcome reading difficulties.

Inspired by her son, Maxwell, whose difficulty with reading launched her research into dyslexia, Dr. McMahan developed the Dyslexia Therapy decks easy-to-use teaching materials created with the therapist in mind. Her expertise in dyslexia has yielded impressive outcomes.

Today Melissa's daughters Madison Jane and Brooke, are committed to keeping their mothers legacy alive. Brooke and Madison have partnered with Rachel Ward, CALT-QI instructor of therapy to stay up to date with Dyslexia Specific Instruction and Intervention.
